I am very impressed with the facilitation of AERF. Thank you for teaching us so much about your work in India in Western Ghats! For next time I would suggest a formal introduction of AERF staff, and some of EE students. I think it would help to give this information out loud in person and/or some paper so we can start conservation and get to know each other early on.
I have been so impressed with the amount of knowledge AERF has been able to share. I also appreciate the variety we had in experiences!
Personally I enjoyed driving by car to sites because I felt a little more connected to where we are. Thank you for a wonderful trip. We appreciate all of your hard work.
- Megan Wallner (EE2016)
Immediately upon arriving I felt we were going to be well cared for and that feeling never went away. Thank you! I really appreciate the knowledge you had to share and understanding. We may be out of our comfort zones and taking that into account, yet at the same time taking us out of our comfort zone! I really enjoyed being immersed in the culture and would love to come back and risk seeing a leech or two to see a giant tree!
- Natalie Mchale( EE 2015)
Thank you for an incredible, unforgettable experience! Thank you for your knowledge and sharing all that you know! You have an incredible team! May be more morning yoga and more time to spend at the temples!
– Aniko Totha (EE 2017 )
Everything was so amazing! I met some very unique people and shared some amazing stories and learned so much from the AERF team. Come to San Diego!
-Jeremy F. (EE2016)
Your team is incredible. I loves each of the members and what they shared. Everyone is so passionate. I'm glad we were guided in India with them. I enjoyed planting on the field. Hands-on work preferred.
- Emily Vana (EE2018)
The booklets of flora, fauna etc. are excellent. It would be nice if we could have (it) beforehand so that (we) could study those species already at home. Hope you could do one also about freshwater fish species...
- Sari Saukkonen (EE2018)
One of our participants from the EE2015 - Ms. Andrea Ballinger created a stunning video montage of the experience, effectively capturing the essence of the expedition! You can read more about how she integrated her Advanced Open Inquiry 'tree project' with the learnings of the India expedition in her blog - Nature's Heroes
